Refund Policy

1. Overview
At Pexelize, we want you to be fully satisfied with your subscription. This refund policy outlines when and how you can request a refund for payments made through our platform. All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
2. Free trial
All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. During the trial period you have full access to the features of your selected plan. No payment is charged until the trial ends. You can cancel at any time during the trial and you will not be billed.
3. Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing cycle. If you are not satisfied, you may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will retain access until then. Refunds for partial months are not provided.
4. Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed once per year at a discounted rate. If you cancel an annual subscription within the first 14 days of a new billing cycle, you may request a full refund for that billing period. After 14 days, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current annual period and no refund is issued.
5. How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us at hello@pexelize.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. If approved, refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
6. Exceptions
Refunds are not available in the following cases: accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service, usage that has already consumed significant resources during the billing period, or downgrade requests (you may downgrade your plan at any time and the change takes effect at the next billing cycle).
7. Plan changes
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. When upgrading, you will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing period. When downgrading, the new pricing takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
8. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this refund policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of Pexelize after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
